77kd Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the 77kd platform — all rules regarding accounts, bonuses, payments, and responsible gaming are described here.
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 77kd platform and all of its services. By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on 77kd, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
Account Registration & Eligibility
To create an account on 77kd, the following eligibility requirements must be met.
1.1 Age Limit & Legal Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to register on the 77kd platform. The information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and complete. The 21+ age limit is strictly enforced.
1.2 One Account Policy
Each individual may operate only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, 77kd reserves the right to cancel those accounts and forfeit any winnings associated with them.
1.3 Verification of Registration Information
- All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate.
- 77kd may request identity verification documents at any time.
- Providing false information will result in immediate account closure.
- Some services may be restricted until verification is complete.
User Responsibilities
Every user must observe the following responsibilities while using the 77kd platform.
2.1 Account Security
You are fully responsible for all activity on your account. If your password or login details are accessed by an unauthorised person, notify the 77kd support team immediately.
2.2 Providing Accurate Information
- Update your personal information on the platform promptly if any changes occur.
- Payment details must be registered in your own name.
- Using another person's identity or payment method is strictly prohibited.
2.3 Compliance with Laws
You acknowledge that it is your own responsibility to use this platform in compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. 77kd does not provide legal advice in this regard.
Bonuses & Promotions
77kd's bonuses and promotional offers are provided under the following terms.
3.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳2,000.
3.2 Wagering Requirements
Each bonus comes with a 25x wagering requirement. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit.
3.3 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus offer applies once per account.
- If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, 77kd reserves the right to investigate and cancel the bonus.
- 77kd reserves the right to change bonus terms or withdraw offers at any time.
3.4 VIP Program
77kd's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits range from 0.2% to 1.2% depending on the tier. VIP tier advancement depends on your continued active participation and is determined at 77kd's discretion.
Deposits & Withdrawals
The following rules apply to financial transactions on the 77kd platform.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
77kd currently supports transactions only through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
4.2 Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method.
- Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
- Deposits from third-party payment methods will not be accepted.
- 77kd does not charge any additional transaction fees, though your payment provider's own fees may apply.
4.3 Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Successful withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals are not possible if the bonus wagering requirement has not been met.
4.4 Transaction Verification
77kd may request additional verification information for any transaction. 77kd reserves the right to suspend any transaction identified as suspicious of money laundering or fraud, and to notify the relevant authorities.
Games & Betting Rules
5.1 Game Operation
All games on the 77kd platform are operated by certified software providers. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and fair play is ensured.
5.2 Betting Limits
Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are clearly displayed in the game interface. 77kd reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.
5.3 Technical Issues
- If a game is left incomplete due to a disconnection, the system will attempt to automatically restore the game from the last saved state.
- If a result is voided due to a server error, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
- 77kd will not accept claims for incorrect amounts displayed due to a software error.
5.4 Sports Betting
77kd's sports betting section allows betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20, ICC, etc.), football (including FIFA), kabaddi, and other sports. All market information is displayed as a general reference; visit the platform for live odds and match details.
Prohibited Activities
Involvement in any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.
- Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
- Registering using false or another person's identity documents.
- Exploiting software errors or technical vulnerabilities.
- Conducting money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
- Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
- Engaging in fraudulent behaviour toward other users.
- Using bots or automated software to place bets.
- Unauthorised copying or modification of any part of the platform.
Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Rights of 77kd
77kd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms.
- Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
- Detection of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- At the direction of a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
7.2 Account Closure at the User's Request
If you wish to voluntarily close your account, please contact the 77kd support team. Withdraw any eligible balance before the account is closed; no claims related to forfeited bonuses or incomplete wagering will be accepted after closure.
